Making the Most of Right Now

When was the last time that you took inventory on your life? It is necessary for you to take the time to understand what you bring to the table.

If you find that you are trying to do something new in your life, you must first understand what lives inside of you.

When we find the time to build doubts, fear, and apprehensions about the things that we want to do, we create limitations on our lives.

Think about your life in a new light, so that you can make the most of it right now. If you keep waiting for tomorrows and a special time when you have everything that you need, you may never get what you are aiming for.

The big question in this next stretch of your journey is what can you do with what you have right now? Think about it, there are countless people who wish that they had what you already have, and yet they may be taking strides that you wouldn’t dare to take right now. Making forward movements in life does not come attached to set of circumstances; they are attached to the effort that you are willing to put in.

I remember being told that I could not be have a position as a leader because I did not have years and years of leadership experience. Wrong! I found a great leadership opportunity and was extremely successful in it. I remember being told that I could not yet coach someone because I wasn’t certified or some high-level coach. Wrong again! I became a coach after being trained and used everything that makes me who I am to effectively serve others through high-quality and well-tailored coaching programs and courses. I remember thinking that I could not express myself through writing because no one would read it and I didn’t have a platform to share anything on. Wrong! I have been writing my blogs for three years and impacting people all over the world one person at a time! The only real limitations in life are the ones who develop and those we choose to accept.

In every moment that you have the opportunity to breathe, you also have a significant option of evolving your life from the inside out. Don’t get stuck in a position where you are constantly telling yourself “Not yet”. Make the most of right now, so that when you do level up, you will be well-equipped with a firm foundation and be able to ride the waves of life with greater ease.

Be blessed and be at peace.

Living & Loving Life

The challenge for many people is finding a way to balance life, love, work, family, health, and self-care. All of those components are vital for having a life that you can appreciate. It is when we are missing a vital need that we see that we are not living our lives.

Often we find ourselves in the rat race aiming to get to the top, but in this we may fail to appreciate the journey.

Over and over, there are spaces in time in which we are to appreciate the moments and learn lessons that can carry us along the way. However, only focusing on a few important parts of life may mean that you miss out on something beautiful or beneficial to your overall well-being.

Get curious for a moment and ask yourself, “What am I focused on in my life?”. You may be surprised at the real answer.

The only way that we can both live and love life is to place a high value on our experiences, all that we love, and what brings us true joy.

My life is no easy one, but I can say that I am doing what I can to live and love my life.

Living your life when the rest of the world is simply going through minutes, hours, titles, and events will change the way you lead your life and the way your heart smiles.

Titles, jobs, and material things will come and go (as they should when you are consistently evolving), but what will remain the same is what you treat as a staple in your life.

Isn’t it time that you make some significant changes to be sure that you have everything in order to live and love your life?

I challenge you to challenge yourself to a new space of growth, transformation, awareness, and clarity. Visit DRKAYLANALLEN.COM and find out how you can become one of Dr. KayLa’s coaching clients today! You won’t regret it; in fact, it may be one of the greatest gifts that you can give yourself and those you love and care about!

Keeping Up Appearances

It is easy to show the world every moment of happiness and joy. It is easy to show the world and your loved ones a smile. It is easy to showcase accomplishments and growth. It is not easy to simply be yourself, but it definitely pays off.

Whether a ray of light or a series of feelings, every day that you rise, choose to maintain the appearance of what your heart and greatest passions prove you to be.

What would happen if you peeled back the layers of who you seem to be and you showed your core and deepest identity to the world? How would that make you feel? Fearful? Worried? Proud? As long as you know the answer to this and you can hold strong to what you want to be your truth to be, your reality will be what you want it to be.

I used to think that showing all of the good times, would be wonderful and it would drive reactions, comments, and likes…it was true. However, when I started to show the world my heart, bumps in the road, and the ins and outs of my upward climb, things turned into a place of true empowerment and relatability.

Authenticity is what makes a real difference. The greatest gift that you can share with others is being all that you are.

Keeping up appearances is often when others find that they cannot be themselves. As many know, a smile can hide so much and tears can be judged as weaknesses.  If we can make a moment of difficulty a moment of triumph, we can change our lives and inspire others to do the same.

It’s not your job to save the world, nor is it your job to be perfect. Your ultimate job is to make the most of everything that you have and embody.

Don’t put on a show for the applause. Don’t become who you think you should be to please the world or obtain a title, position, or followers. Work hard and keep up the appearance that is true to you; you never know who will benefit from your honesty and your life’s journey.

Just Be Next-Level You

As I step into a new level of my journey, I am reminded that people all over the world are doing the same thing.

What if you had the opportunity to just be next-level you? What would you do with it?

The world will always find a way to try and tell you who you should or should not be. Countless others will say that they know you or what you are all about, but (BIG BUT) you are constantly changing and you define yourself. Do you see you for you?

Think about where you are right now and compare that to who and what you were one year ago. Write down everything that has changed. Now imagine who you will be next year if you set out to do something even better than what you are doing today. Close your eyes and sit what that thought for a while. How does that feel?

You see, everything that you aim for starts with a big dream and a significant push from yourself. No amount of information or knowledge will apply itself to your life unless you choose to keep leveling up.

I’m not perfect nor will I ever claim to be. One thing is 100% true, I will always aim to level up because I know that all of the hard work always pays off.

God has a plan for your life and you can choose to work hard to execute that plan, or you can choose to ignore it. At the end of the day, you make the final decision.

No matter who you are or where you are from, you have the unique ability to live an empowered and blessed life for yourself and others by continuously choosing to just be next-level you.

There is nothing that can stop you. Not time, location, family, doubts, fears, or any sort of lack. You can make the most out of everything that you have.

Even when we face barriers, we can internally understand that with effort and a lot of thinking outside of the box, the barriers can be broken.
