Group Format Executive Leadership Development

Dr. KayLa’s group classes/program challenges leaders (in a virtual group setting) to be transformational to improve retention, leadership styles, and mentorship while using evidence-based practices to enhance wanted outcomes. Over the course of four weeks, each person will develop clarity on gaps in understanding, methods of improvement, and utilize evidence-based practices to continue to evolve their strategies to reach objectives and wanted goals and outcomes. Through coursework, outside scholarly references, and consistent efforts, after each class, clients and executive leaders will harness new tools to succeed and thrive in their businesses for themselves and their teams.

Unification of practices and learning to work effectively from the top-down in healthcare and in countless other businesses and organizations is the difference between making a meaningful difference and changing lives, and creating negative, unwanted outcomes internal and external to an organization.
