Designing Your Destiny:
Divorcing Domestic Violence

Designing Your Destiny, Divorcing Domestic Violence

Now that you have clarity, have begun your healing process, and have made up your mind to fully divorce domestic violence, you’ve positioned yourself to thrive. Dr. KayLa’s “Divorcing Domestic Violence” program emphasizes autonomy while building self-efficacy. Designing your destiny takes time, awareness, self-efficacy, empowerment, and consistent and diligent work. The most frequent reason women and men fail to break the cycle of dysfunctional relationships is a lack of autonomy and self-efficacy. Isn’t it time that you break the mold and design your destiny?

Trauma is not something that just disappears. Living in “survivorhood” and maintaining the label of “survivor” can bind you from becoming a thriver, warrior, overcomer, and woman walking in your purpose toward prosperity, success, and true joy.

This coaching program enables and empowers those who are moving toward prosperity through their nuggets of wisdom, education, and experiences.  This coaching program challenges women to become effective and competent leaders in every aspect of their lives.

As a Wellcoaches Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and by using evidence-based and research-based methods, she has developed a coaching program that will suit women who are several years out of their domestic violence relationship. Dr. KayLa N. Allen uses extensive scientific research findings and practices from her master’s and doctoral pathways, life experiences, her journey through and out of dysfunctional relationships, and knowledge from her years as a key leader at a national domestic violence organization to help women become who they are called to be regardless of what the past may have shown them.

If any of this resonates with you, Dr. KayLa’s practice is well-suited to take you from travail to triumph.

*Dr. KayLa’s coaching programs start at $3500.

"I know what it feels like to look for love in all the wrong places, to feel betrayed by those closest to you, while not knowing who to trust including yourself. Becoming who I am today was not easy.
